To ensure that your time is respected, as well as the time of my other students, appointments will promptly begin at their pre-scheduled time regardless of the time of your arrival. No adjustment to fees shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the student or by early termination of session by the student. (i.e. If you are 10 minutes late, we will be unable to extend your appointment.)

Payments can be made in two options:

1. Monthly Plan (per session)

2. Pre-payment Plan (broken down into the 2 payments per session.)

3. Cash Payment

*NOTE: EVERYONE must pay a registration fee of $25.00.

Payment is due BEFORE session/week starts.

Prices quoted are based on cash payment or Zelle; if a check is rendered, a $9 convenience fee will be added.

Payments are receved via CASHAPP or ZELLE.

If a conflict arises in my schedule, I will make every attempt to reschedule the student’s appointment. If we are unable to reschedule the appointment, you will be credited a full session's refund for the inconvenience.

Legal Stuff

• We structure sessions to optimize time to benefit the student.

• With the exception of the student’s parents or guardians, we shall keep the confidentiality of the student’s information. We shall contact other parties involved in the education of the student only if given verbal permission by the student (or student’s guardian) to do so.

• We will not assign any of our duties or obligations under this tutoring contract to a third party without the verbal permission of the student/parent.

• We shall at no time be required or obligated to execute homework or assignments on behalf of the student.

The student shall assist us in identifying problem areas in which the student needs specific tutoring.

The student agrees to provide his or her own materials needed for each tutoring session (e.g. books, notes, calculator, paper, other relevant study material, etc.).
